Priv.-Doz. Dr. Lars Dietrich (Ph.D.)

Lars Dietrich holds a habilitation in the education of psychosocial development and works as a researcher in the Department of Education for Psychosocial Impairments at the Institute of Rehabilitation Sciences at Humboldt University of Berlin. He earned his Master of Education in Human Development & Psychology and his Ph.D. in Social Policy at Harvard University and Brandeis University in the United States. He is a group analyst and a member of the continuing education committee at the Berlin Institute of Group Analysis (BIG). Drawing on his own experience as a German-language and learning-support teacher in elementary schools, he has led group-analytic school supervision in the Berlin-Brandenburg region since 2022. He is currently training in psychoanalytic and psychodynamic psychotherapy for children and adolescents at the Institute for Psychotherapy Berlin.
Petra Weber

Petra Weber worked as a teacher and deputy principal in elementary and secondary education in Berlin. She studied mathematics and physical education for the teaching profession at the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg. She also works as a group analyst in private practice and is a member of the German Society for Group Analysis and Group Psychotherapy (D3G) and the Berlin Institute of Group Analysis (BIG). She has led group-analytic school supervision in the Berlin-Brandenburg region since 2022.
Andreas Opitz
Social and Therapeutic Education · Group-Analytic Supervision
Andreas Opitz is trained in social and therapeutic education, Gestalt education (TU Berlin), and group analysis (BIG). He is a founding member of the German Society for Group Analysis and Group Psychotherapy (D3G) and worked for many years as a social educator and group therapist in child and adolescent psychiatry at several Berlin hospitals. As a lecturer and seminar facilitator, he designs and leads group-analytic workshops for educational professionals and teachers. Participants reflect on their work with children and adolescents and on the processes within their teams.
