Dr. Lars Dietrich is the founder and project manager of Teacher-ProGRESS. He is a university lecturer and researcher in the Division of Pedagogy for Psychosocial Difficulties at the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. He received his Master of Education in Human Development & Psychology and his PhD in Social Policy from Harvard and Brandeis Universities. Dr. Lars Dietrich is also a trained group analytic pedagogue with experience in group analytic school coaching. He is a member of the Berliner Institut für Gruppenanalyse.
Petra Weber works as a primary and secondary school teacher at a public school in Berlin. She studied mathematics and physical education at the Carl von Ossiezky University in Oldenburg. In addition, she works as a group analyst in a private practice and is a member of the German Society for Group Analysis and Group Psychotherapy (D3G) and the Berlin Institute for Group Analysis (BIG). Since 2022 she has been leading group analytic coaching sessions in schools in Berlin-Brandenburg.
